These terms govern your purchase and use of the Paid in Dollars PDF (the "guide") from paidindollars.zojoofficial.com (the "site"). By buying or using the guide you agree to them.
1. What you are buying
A single digital PDF, delivered immediately after successful payment. It is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring billing and no physical item, so no shipping is involved.
2. Licence
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read and use the guide, including for your own commercial work. You may not resell it, republish it, redistribute it, upload it to a file-sharing or course platform, or present its contents as your own work. Quoting a figure with attribution and a link back is welcome.
3. Accuracy, and what this is not
The guide reports measurements taken on specific dates, which are stated throughout. Third-party platforms change their rules, pricing, geographic restrictions and availability without notice, and figures may become outdated. The guide explains how to re-verify each figure yourself, and you should.
The guide is not professional advice. Nothing in it is tax, legal, accounting, financial or investment advice, and it does not create any professional relationship. The chapter covering Indian tax and GST is general information about rules as they stood in September 2026. Confirm current rules against the official income tax and CBIC sources, and consult a qualified chartered accountant about your own circumstances before acting.
4. No guarantee of results
We make no representation that using the guide will get you freelance work, clients, interviews or any particular income. It reports what platforms allowed, not what outcomes you will achieve.
5. Refunds
Covered by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or banking credentials. Your use of the payment interface is also subject to Razorpay's own terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the guide or the site is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost income or opportunities.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass payment, or obtain the file without purchasing it. We may withdraw access where these terms are breached.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above will change. Material changes do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
