Privacy policy

This is a small, single-product site and it collects as little as possible. This policy explains exactly what that means.
What we collect
- Payment confirmation data. When you buy, Razorpay processes the payment and returns a payment identifier, an order identifier and a success signal. That is what this site sees.
- Anything you email us. If you contact support, we hold your message and email address so we can reply and, where relevant, process a refund.
What we do not collect
- Card, UPI and bank details never reach this site. They are entered inside Razorpay's own interface and handled entirely by Razorpay.
- No account is created, because the site has no accounts or passwords.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking pixels, and no third-party analytics profiling you.
- No newsletter list. Buying does not subscribe you to anything, because there is nothing to subscribe to.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies of its own. Razorpay's checkout, which loads only when you begin a payment, may set cookies necessary to process that payment securely and prevent fraud.
Who else is involved
- Razorpay — payment processing. Subject to its own privacy policy.
- Vercel — hosting. Standard server logs, which may include IP address, may be generated as part of serving the page.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else, and we run no advertising.
How long we keep it
Payment records are retained as long as needed to handle refunds, receipts and any legal or tax obligation. Support emails are kept only as long as useful for handling your query.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete your support correspondence. Write to hello@zojoofficial.com. Note that records tied to a completed payment may need to be retained to meet legal and accounting obligations.
Children
This product is intended for working adults and is not directed at children.
Changes
Updates to this policy will be reflected in the date above.
